Data we process
When you create and use an account, TapLinkr may process your name, email address, username, encrypted password, page settings, links, uploaded files, and subscription information. For analytics, limited technical information may be recorded, including visit source, approximate country, device, and IP address.
Purposes
- create, secure, and administer your account;
- publish your pages and redirect visitors to your links;
- provide analytics and prevent abuse;
- manage subscriptions and send essential service communications.
Service providers
TapLinkr uses Firebase/Firestore for data, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role under its own contractual and security commitments.
Retention and security
Data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Technical measures limit unauthorized access, although no online service can guarantee zero risk.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@taplinkr.com. We may request proof of identity when reasonably necessary.
